Business Relationship Support Representative In Merchant Services
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Representative in Merchant Services. In this role, you will:
- Provide customer service and support for internal and external customers
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries through email
- Take ownership of cases and follow up on open escalations
- Oversee overall customer experience
- Handle customer issues
- Help with customer associated risk management
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact in partnership with internal customers
- Receive direction from leaders
- Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge and understanding of financial services or call center environment
- Web Browser and Technical Application Troubleshooting Experience
- Problem solving and analysis skills
