Associate Operations Processor
Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor for our Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations.
In this role, you will:
- Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature
- Receive, log, batch, and distribute work
- File, photocopy, and answer phones
- Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
- Work under close supervision following established procedures
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Undeliverable mail experience
- 10-key numerical data entry experience
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Job Expectations:
- Training: 2-4 weeks (on the job training)
- Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm Business Operations (within those hours)
- Must have the ability to work additional hours as needed
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
Posting Location:
- 3201 N 4th Ave Sioux Falls, SD (Selected candidate must reside within a commutable distance to this location and must be able to work on-site at the posted location)
