The Opportunity

We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to our Salesforce Experience team in Brazil!

You will be joining our mission to redefine digital experiences and enhance our ecosystem by focusing on the core Salesforce platform. This role is crucial for our sales organization, as you will be responsible for designing and improving the tools that support our sales executives in optimizing their sales funnel—from lead generation to contract signing.

This role goes beyond traditional product design. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a strategic and holistic approach who is capable of directly influencing the direction of our business and how we work. As a senior member of our team, you will collaborate and learn from a design community of over 36 talented and inspiring designers, making a significant impact on our digital landscape and business growth.

Your Impact

• Holistic Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of the design process, from initial discovery and user research to wireframing, prototyping, and final UI/UX design;
• Service & Process Design: Lead the redesign of complex processes and user journeys within the Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on improving the daily workflows of sales executives;
• Strategic Direction: Influence the strategic roadmap for the Salesforce platform by offering critical insights from user research, data analysis, and service design methodologies;
• Technical Leadership: Act as a technical leader within your team and the broader Wellhub UX community, collaborating with product and engineering leaders to guide your product area's technical vision;
• Roadmap Development: Shape the roadmap for discovery activities by offering critical insights from the user perspective;
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Client Success, Product Management, and Engineering teams to ensure a seamless and unified experience that meets both user and business needs;
• Data-Driven Design: Utilize data and metrics to validate and prioritize design decisions, demonstrating the business impact of your work on key sales metrics;

Who You Are

• Cultural Fit: You align with our values and dynamics, eager to adapt and contribute to Wellhub's innovative and ambitious spirit.
• UX Design Expert: You have a proven background in designing for process and service improvement, with strong research skills and experience in journey mapping. You are comfortable designing for the entire process, including the interaction between different people and systems, not just the final screens.
• Proficient with Enterprise Tools: You have hands-on experience designing for B2B enterprise applications, ideally with prior exposure to or a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform. You are proficient with design tools like Figma and collaboration platforms like Miro/FigJam.
• An End-to-End Problem-Solver: You possess an E2E mindset and are adept at translating business needs into design approaches. You are comfortable dealing with ambiguity and can proactively define new opportunities to create value.
• Data-Informed: You have familiarity with data-driven decision-making and can use quantitative data to support your design choices and prioritization.
• An Exceptional Communicator: You are a strong communicator with excellent storytelling skills, capable of articulating your design rationale and presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
• A Human-Centered Collaborator: You are skilled in conducting research and gathering user insights to inform your designs, always considering user needs and competitive trends. You have a profound knowledge of user experience processes, information architecture, and interaction design. You are a team player who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys engaging with stakeholders and your product and engineering peers.
• A Seasoned Professional with a Growth Mindset: You have proven design experience, particularly in technology startups, with a strong background in designing digital platforms and applications. You have a growth mindset, seeing obstacles as opportunities. You also have strong skills in prototyping to explore and communicate design solutions, particularly using Figma.
