Collaborate with Scrum teams on sprint planning, technical design, and implementation.

Develop high-quality, maintainable code with comprehensive test coverage.

Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies.

Solve complex healthcare challenges and contribute to process/tool improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in programming (Go/TypeScript preferred, other languages considered).
• Expertise in web technologies (HTML, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript) and modern JS frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular, etc.).
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles (data structures, algorithms, design patterns, testing, debugging).
• Experience with Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI), and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor team members.
• Ability to work remotely in the continental US (Eastern/Central time zones, excluding NY).
• Successful completion of in-person IAL3 compliant identity proofing will be required (you must be able to present the necessary identification documents).
• Willingness and ability to travel for occasional customer or onsite company meetings (approximately 1-2 times per year).

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular, etc.) and front-end state management solutions (e.g., NGXS).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, AWS, Go, and PostgreSQL.
