What you can expect:

  • Responsibility for inbound and outbound sales in the respective area with a focus on sustainable revenue and market share growth.
  • Merchandising & POS optimization: Forcition of an optimal placement of the brand in local retail and review of visual merchandising.
  • Training & coaching of sales staff and thus creation of brand ambassadors – through regular training and on-the-job trainings.
  • Relationship management and motivation of retail teams to ensure the focus of our brand.
  • Events & activations: Planning and accompanying in-store promotions, actions, and events to maximize brand presence.
  • Market analysis to optimize sell-out performance, competition observation, and collection of feedback to share experience values with marketing.
  • Support of inbound sales to retail partners, with a clear focus on sustainable outbound sales and long-term partnerships.
  • Development and implementation of strategic and operational sales measures that consider both the needs of the trade and end customers.
  • Close cooperation with trade marketing, sales (KAM), training and education to ensure optimal availability and visibility of products.
  • Taking over strategic projects for the further development of the sales strategy and market position.

What you bring:

  • Successfully completed training in the field of retail, perfumery, as a pharmacist or comparable qualification.
  • Many years of professional experience with at least several years of retail and/or sales experience, ideally in selective retail (perfume, premium cosmetics, beauty, lifestyle).
  • Experience in space management and POS control.
  • High initiative, self-reflection, and solution-oriented working method.
  • Resilience, organizational skills, and a hands-on mentality.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent German language skills in speech and writing.
  • Secure handling of data, CRM systems, and digital sales solutions.
