Gebiet: Norden mit Großraum Hamburg, Bremen, Hannover

What you can expect:

• Responsibility for in-store and out-of-store sales in the respective area with a focus on sustainable revenue and market share growth.
• Merchandising & POS Optimization: Forcition of an optimal placement of the brand in local stores and review of visual merchandising.
• Training & coaching of sales staff and creation of brand ambassadors through regular training and on-the-job trainings.
• Relationship management and motivation of retail teams to ensure the focus of our brand.
• Events & activations: Planning and accompanying in-store promotions, actions, and events to maximize brand presence.
• Market analysis for optimization of sell-out performance, competition observation, and collection of feedback to share experience values with marketing.
• Support for in-store sales to trading partners, with a clear focus on sustainable sales and long-term partnerships.
• Development and implementation of strategic and operational sales measures that consider both the needs of the trade and the end customers.
• Close collaboration with trade-marketing, sales (KAM), training, and education to ensure optimal availability and visibility of the products.
• Taking on strategic projects to further develop the sales strategy and market position.

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed training in the field of retail, perfumery, as a pharmacist or comparable qualification.
• Many years of professional experience with at least several years of retail and/or sales experience, ideally in the selective trade (perfumery, premium cosmetics, beauty, lifestyle).
• Experience in area care and POS control.
• High initiative, self-reflection, and solution-oriented working method.
• Resilience, organizational skills, and a hands-on mentality.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent German language skills in speech and writing.
• Secure handling of data, CRM systems, and digital sales solutions.
