HR Intern

WeLearn is a rapidly growing scaleup, founded by two former Google and Facebook Strategists and Project Managers experiencing extremely rapid growth. What You Will Do

  • Learn how to perform full-cycle recruitment for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating the hiring process, supporting offer negotiation
  • Gain insights on how to manage the recruitment department from administrative and strategic point of view.
  • Understand how to manage recruiting databases and other HR assets in a structured and timely manner.
  • Acquire and put to practice the skills to proactively source candidates to ensure the best quality shortlist to present to the business.
  • Develop proficiency in driving or taking part in various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Gain knowledge and experience of managing recruitment activities by working closely with Hiring Managers and Founders
  • Utilise best practice sourcing methods, including advanced web sourcing, social networks, university job boards, user groups, research, and databases to source passive candidates meeting the needs of the organisation.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proficiency in English, knowledge of different European languages is a plus.
  • Availability for Full-Time Internship
  • Strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively convey information and ideas to different people.
  • Detail-oriented, with a sharp eye for accuracy and thoroughness in tasks.
  • Organisational skills, good at managing several tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Team player attitude
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using technology for finding candidates and managing HR processes.
  • Adaptability, can adjust to changing priorities and handle different tasks as needed.
  • Passion for learning, keen to gain knowledge and skills in HR practices.

Please note this is paid 6 months internship with opportunity to extend to full time internship
