Kokomo, IN & surrounding areas (up to 50 miles from your home address)

• Opportunities: PRN available (PRN is six dates a month, 4 of those being Monday through Friday, 2 of those being a Saturday or a Sunday, you get to split those up, however you would like, and you get to choose those six dates each month you would like to work)

Requirements

• Active Indiana CNA license
