Compensation: $50,000 + commission
This is a 100% onsite position. Paid training provided. We Insure will cover license testing fees for new agents. If hired, Agent must agree to obtain Property and Casualty License within the State of Texas post hire as a condition of employment.

As a producer, you will play a pivotal role in prospecting, cross selling and producing new property and casualty insurance policies and accounts as well as the renewal retention of existing agency billed accounts. Your contributions will directly influence assist clients in selecting insurance policies that best meet their needs, preferences and budgets.
Work Environment: This role requires agent to be onsite at the Austin office (5 days a week).
