- Responsible for growth and profitability in the U.K. market, working with cross-functional teams to set growth goals and develop a GTM strategy
- Directly manage and influence teams to execute the strategy and work cohesively
- Define full-funnel GTM strategy across all channels, oversee implementation, and monitor success
- Identify Ideal Customer Profile, target audiences, and optimal product portfolio through understanding customer needs and competitive landscape
- Guide pricing and packaging decisions, prioritize features, engage stakeholders, and represent the company externally

- 10+ years of experience in growth strategy and revenue-generating leadership roles, with a strong strategic planning and analytics ability
- Proven track record of building and managing sales teams to drive revenue growth and exceed targets
- Ability to inspire and unify teams, operate strategically, and diagnose and fix issues effectively
- Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors, with experience shaping product roadmaps using customer insights and data analytics
- Strong network and understanding of cultural norms in the U.K.
