- The Engineering Manager will be responsible for technical architecture, team building, and collaboration across various disciplines to maximize trust and expand access to Cash App's ecosystem
- The role involves building mission-critical products and services, defining team vision and roadmap, and collaborating with product management, design, data science, and other engineering teams
- The Support Product Team focuses on building customer-facing support experiences and tools for customer support advocates, integrating with the broader Cash App ecosystem
- The Engineering Manager will lead a team of server engineers, designers, product management, machine learning modelers, and applied machine learning engineers located in Australia and the United States
- The successful candidate will drive team success through mentorship, technical expertise, and a focus on ownership, accountability, and urgency
