✨ About The Role
- Lead the research, development, testing, and delivery of new Workday integrations to improve the processing and flow of information within the company
- Design and implement new integrations, procedures, and systems to enhance HR and Global Payroll processes
- Partner with stakeholders in CorpEng, InfoSec, HR, and Payroll departments to define requirements for an ecosystem of integrated products
- Shape integration architectural strategy for Workday and contribute to re-imagining productivity by shipping transformative products
- Develop plans to move forward the Workday strategy for the company and create up-to-date functional and technical systems documentation
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced Integration/Software Developer with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven track record of leading and supporting Workday integrations through design, development, testing, configuration, and deployment
- Strong technical expertise in Workday, including Workday Studio and Workday Extend
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects, interact at all levels, and build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Skilled in JavaScript, WQL, XML, SOAP and REST APIs, and developing and rolling out new integrations
