✨ About The Role
- Responsible for providing legal guidance on product and feature development, managing legal risk, and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Develop trusted relationships with business partners and stay informed on key product developments
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, terms of use, product policies, and disclosures affecting products and services
- Work closely with other support teams to provide seamless legal support to business partners
- Actively cultivate creative ideas and insights into how legal frameworks can support new product developments and customer experiences
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced legal professional with 5+ years of relevant experience in law firms, governmental agencies, or in-house legal departments
- Skilled in providing legal guidance on product and feature development, with excellent commercial negotiation and drafting skills
- Capable of translating legal advice into actionable guidance for creative products and collaborators
- Possesses a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in at least one state bar
- Familiarity with launching products and advising on legal and regulatory aspects in the technology space is a plus
