- The role involves experimenting with state-of-the-art algorithms to improve knowledge retrieval and search efficiency
- Developing Natural Language Processing and Gen AI models to enhance the effectiveness of customer support experiences
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop impactful solutions
- Creating both batch and real-time models training and deployment designs
- Continuously monitoring and evaluating the performance of machine learning models, making necessary adjustments, and presenting reports on model performance and trends to stakeholders

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field with a Master's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning, data analysis, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, data analysis techniques, and programming languages such as Python or Java
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Large Language Models, Search & Recommendation, and model performance evaluation
