✨ About The Role
- Responsible for executing inbound campaign requests and ensuring proper attribution and segmentation
- Manage end-to-end merchant email marketing execution, including building, QA'ing, and reporting for marketing campaigns
- Develop and expand systems for timely campaign execution, such as intake forms, stakeholder approvals, and reporting communication
- Maintain Salesforce Campaign data for accurate reporting and coordinate with Sales Operations to support Marketo and Salesforce collaboration
- Work closely with Sales Strategy to support data governance, program creation, and lead handoff, while collaborating with Analytics partners to determine ROI and report findings
âš¡ Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in a Marketing Operations role with a focus on Marketo and Salesforce
- Strong attention to detail with experience in auditing and QAing high-use programs
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and make strategic decisions
- Experience working cross-functionally with key stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Product Managers
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and analytical skills to drive actionable insights
