- The role involves leading the Finance & Strategy team focused on driving growth within the Health & Beauty and Services verticals at Square

- Proven track record of serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing valuable insights for company-level strategy initiatives and investment decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex information into actionable solutions for all stakeholders
- Comfortable working with metrics, building new KPIs, and analyzing large datasets to address complex business challenges
