- Responsible for growing and retaining a multi-million dollar GPV customer base in the Food & Beverage industry
- Understand customer needs to help achieve their business goals through Square products
- Cross-sell and upsell products and features by discovering customer leads
- Address customer concerns and issues strategically to ensure a positive customer experience
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to provide the best possible experience for customers

- Experience in sales, account management, or a related field with a focus on the Food & Beverage industry
- Ability to successfully manage a pipeline to achieve revenue targets and build client relationships
- Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Passion for new technologies that can benefit small and medium-sized businesses
- Previous experience within the Food and Beverage industry is preferred
