Our Business Area Roof is the global market leader for sunroofs, panoramic roofs, and convertible roofs, offering roof solutions with true added value. As roof specialists, we also provide customized and innovative solutions that meet the highest quality standards for electric mobility, the future of autonomous driving, and the use of solar energy.
Exciting Tasks
Contact person for respective customer on all Quality topics from project phase through to series production
Monitor and report of relevant Q-targets, work with other functions to identify and implement actions to maintain or improve performance
Handling and on-time resolution of customer complaints and claims in line with relevant requirements and standards using 8D-method according to WIMS QI and Q3 process
Prepare, conduct and document process audits (internal and external), implement actions to resolve non-conformances and ensuring efficiency
Prepare and implement capability and measurement capability studies to ensure process capability
What You Bring To Us
The ability to respond to input and direction from multiple cross functional departments
Expertise in automotive industry standards - Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Conflict resolution, communication and negotiation skills
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical degree preferred
3-5 years of supplier quality experience in an automotive environment.
