Our Business Area Electrification (EE) develops and produces battery systems as well as electric and fuel-powered thermal solutions. Additionally, the business unit includes our aftermarket division, Customized & Lifecycle Solutions (EC), offering products and solutions for nearly all types of on-/off-highway and shore vehicles, with a strong focus on thermal and energy management solutions.
Exciting Tasks
- Acting as the direct point of contact and interface for national and international customers in all quality-related matters
- Handling technical customer complaints regarding 0-Km and field failures, creating the 8D report, and ensuring that all relevant documents are provided to the customer on time
- Analyzing product and process deviations in customer complaints as well as internal improvement programs, where corrective actions are developed both within the team and in a leadership role
- Organizing and creating production process and product approvals (PPAP, VDA 2) according to internal processes and in coordination with the customer
- Conducting quality planning (APQP) in product and process development as well as in series projects
- Creating and maintaining production control plans is part of the responsibilities
- Contributing to the team in the creation of risk analyses (P-FMEA) is another key task
What You Bring To Us
- A completed degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering)
- Knowledge of the requirements from the standards IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 is desirable
- Good knowledge of quality assurance tools (APQP, PPAP, 8D report, FMEA)
- Experience with SAP is desirable
- Good English skills and occasional willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- A responsible and team-oriented working approach
