Commercial Operations Centre Specialist

Reporting to the Commercial Operations Centre Manager, the Commercial Operations Centre Specialist will be responsible for delivering best in class tender submittals up to the point of technical and commercial input from the Geozone and all centralized contract management activities. They will be fully accountable for all functional tender reviews (legal, commercial, tax, credit etc) and all required approval routings (Bid bonds, Performance Bonds, SFDC GOA). They will work with the proposal touch point in the area, if assigned. (either by Geography or segment) to manage the entire timeline for the creation of the respective proposal. The role will collaborate with Country Representatives to create bespoke local content plans, taking into account any local tendering requirements. The role is also responsible for the creation of a timeline and daily status reporting to the Commercial Ops Manager and Geozone touch points. The role will also conduct operational contract handover activities for the assigned for the assigned geographics and segments.

Skills:

  • Solid experience in proposal and contract management across any product line.
  • Strong time management skills, with proven ability to handle deadlines in tender and proposal preparation.
  • Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with confidence in client and internal interactions.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with various cost documents.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure while maintaining quality output.
  • Advanced computer skills, with proficiency in relevant business applications.
  • Strong leadership qualities to support and guide team members.
  • Completion of Weatherford product line–specific training (required).
  • Ability to work closely with colleagues to achieve shared business objectives.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5+ years experience in a commercial or business intelligence role
