To support this growth, we are seeking a highly accomplished sales professional to lead business development efforts across Los Angeles County. This individual will serve as the face of our organization in the market, responsible for cultivating deep relationships with referral partners and positioning our services as the preferred wound care solution for their patients. The role requires a strategic thinker with the drive to navigate the competitive healthcare landscape, identify opportunities for expansion, and consistently deliver results. The primary focus will be securing referrals from home health agencies, given their pivotal role in coordinating patient care, while hospitals and other healthcare providers will represent additional sources of growth. The right candidate will not only have the ability to generate new business but also the skills to nurture long-term partnerships built on trust, collaboration, and proven outcomes.
Competitive base salary range of $130,000 – $150,000, with flexibility for higher compensation for exceptional candidates.
