The Operations Coordinator will play a central role in the overall functionality and organization of the center. This individual will serve as one of the primary points of contact for families while overseeing many of the administrative and operational responsibilities that keep the clinic functioning efficiently. From managing intake calls and coordinating schedules to supporting check-in/check-out processes and assisting with general center operations, this role requires someone who is highly organized, personable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
