Sr. Office Services Clerk

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the office, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow. The Sr. Office Services Clerk will handle a variety of tasks including but not limited to scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with various office projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments for staff and clients.
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Maintaining office supplies and ensuring that all areas are stocked and organized.
  • Assisting with various office projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
