Essential Functions (Job Duties):
We invite applications for a postdoctoral researcher position in advanced materials and manufacturing encompassing the implementation of artificial intelligence and machine learning in design and manufacturing, materials informatics and big data design, smart manufacturing, characterization and processing of materials, scalable and adaptable manufacturing processes.
Qualifications:
This position requires a PhD qualification in Mechanical Engineering. Responsibilities include leading the development of an AI-powered smart manufacturing research laboratory, supervising and mentoring both graduate and undergraduate students.
