Informatics Hardware Image Products Developer

To create Informatics Hardware image products for the company.

Responsibilities

1. Develop, configure, and maintain Windows OS images for deployment across various hardware platforms.
2. Utilize VBScript, Batch, PowerShell, and Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit (ADK) to automate imaging and deployment processes.
3. Troubleshoot imaging issues using structured problem-solving methods and root-cause analysis.
4. Assess technical problems, evaluate potential impact, and implement corrective actions.
5. Maintain accurate documentation for deployment procedures and customer facing documents.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or MCA.
• Knowledge of Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit, Sysprep, Deployment Image Servicing and Management, PXE, WinPE.
• Strong working knowledge of scripting and automation, including VBScript, batch scripting, and PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience in Windows image creation and system configuration.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Capability to identify, acknowledge, and assess, resolve technical impact with minimal guidance during imaging or deployment tasks.
• Proactive in learning new tools, techniques, and technologies related to imaging and deployment.
