Aggregator Operations Manager
WA.Technology is a B2B supplier of iGaming solutions with a rapidly growing number of clients and partnerships in emerging markets. We offer a state-of-the-art iGaming platform, turnkey solutions, and standalone products that allow operators to enter or expand into emerging markets quickly and easily.
WA Platform is a fully scalable and customizable solution, featuring over 75+ game providers, 15,000+ games, and multi-currency support with 80+ payment methods. WA Technology enables operators to build their own Casino, Sportsbook, Lottery and Fantasy business precisely how they envision it. We have offices across Europe and Latin America, supporting our clients with on-the-ground presence and regional expertise.
We currently have teams based in Malta, Lisbon (PT), Sofia (BG), London (UK) and Bucharest (RO). Our hybrid work model encourages regular in-person collaboration while also allowing flexibility to work remotely.
You will be responsible for managing and mentoring the aggregator operations team, ensuring efficient daily workflows and compliance with standards. Your focus areas include overseeing product releases, customer onboarding, and provider integrations, while driving process improvements and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to support business goals.
All the responsibilities we will trust you with:
- Supervise team performance, providing guidance and support for day-to-day inquiries.
- Ensure all operations adhere to relevant regulations and internal policies, maintaining a secure and fair product environment.
- Oversee key projects and deadlines assigned by senior management, including:
- Managing daily new product releases
- Coordinating new customer onboarding
- Facilitating new provider integrations
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align objectives and drive successful outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members through regular feedback, training, and performance reviews, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
- 3–5 years of experience in an online casino operations role
- Strong understanding of online casino platforms and game provider integrations
- Familiarity with system configuration and provider integrations
- Good knowledge of troubleshooting operational and technical issues
- Proficiency in using monitoring, reporting, and back-office tools related to casino operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (internal and external)
- Solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and industry trends
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset
