Schedule: M-F 7AM-3PM Central Pay: $18.00 per hour
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing timely, professional, and courteous support to customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions. This role ensures accurate documentation and recordkeeping while supporting internal teams to maintain smooth operations. Success in this position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, providing clear information, explanations, and instructions in a professional manner • Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks • Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness during periods of peak workload or frequent interruptions • Ability to recognize and define problems, identify resources, and implement viable solutions • Ability to organize work, set priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision • Sound judgment and ability to work independently when needed Education High School or GED equivalent
