Location: Fostoria or Rock Rapids, IA Company: Town & Country Disposal – A Waste Connections Company Pay Range: $15 – $17 per hour

What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful problem-solver that ensures a positive experience for our customers. Key responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting with new service requests, cancellations, and account changes
- Accepting and processing customer payments
- Investigating and resolving billing inquiries
- Updating and maintaining customer account information
- Collaborating with drivers, dispatch, and other team members to address service issues and customer needs
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of high-volume customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- A team player who cares about safety, service, and community impact
