Are you passionate about helping others navigate their educational journey? In this role, you will be the first point of contact for students, families, faculty, and staff—guiding them through the many aspects of Student Financial Services. You'll provide personalized support and expert advice on financial aid, scholarships, and student account services.
As part of our dynamic team, you will play a key role in our student services and outreach efforts. You'll use your skills in financial aid processing, award adjustments, professional judgment, and needs analysis to ensure students receive the support they need. You'll also collaborate with other departments to streamline services and improve the student experience.
Outreach is a vital part of this position. You'll represent our office at recruitment events, deliver presentations to diverse audiences, and help spread awareness about financial resources available to students.
Everything you do will support our office's mission, vision, and values—as well as the broader goals of our institution. If you thrive in a collaborative, student-centered environment and enjoy making a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
