As part of our team, you will play a key role in supporting our Pell Grant Program, along with several other federal aid programs. Your responsibilities will include financial aid processing, packaging, testing, and delivering exceptional client service.
Beyond program support, you will help shape our communications by developing and editing content that informs and empowers our community. Everything you do will contribute to advancing the vision, mission, values, and goals of both our office and the university.

This is a full time (100% FTE), permanent position. This position is overtime eligible. Monthly Salary: $3,750.85 - $5,397.56 | Commensurate with experience and qualifications In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.

This position is primarily based on our Pullman, WA campus with some hybrid/remote flexibility.
