HIRING SALARY RANGE: $128,960-$150,000 per year (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data. The West Region Operations Lead will oversee multiple Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) sites, managing Facilities Operations and Maintenance, Laboratory Instrument Services (LIS), and Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM). This role requires a highly experienced leader with expertise in quality assurance, safety programs, compliance programs, and operations management within a GxP environment for pharmaceutical R&D. The Operations Lead will ensure compliance with Safety, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and regulatory requirements, including fire/life safety, preventative maintenance (PM), and permitting. The role involves developing and maintaining quality programs, overseeing high-hazard work, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and serving as the primary point of contact (POC) for client escalations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and a customer service mindset to foster strong client relationships and team collaboration. The Lead will also present findings to clients during Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
