Position Overview
We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on Operations Assistant to help run our Fresh Hope Market and ReFind Furniture Ministry. This role blends physical work with meaningful client interaction, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. You'll be responsible for:
- Managing daily operations of the Fresh Hope Market
- Coordinating furniture donations and distribution through ReFind
- Supporting client intake and referrals
- Assisting with events, cleaning, and general office duties
- Providing Spanish translation and cross-training across departments
This is a physically demanding role that requires frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), but it's also deeply rewarding---offering the chance to make a real impact in people's lives
