Position Summary:
The Veteran Services Program Manager will oversee Goodwill's Military & Veteran Services Program that provides support services to transitioning Veterans and their families with the goal of achieving job placement, retention, and long-term financial stability. This role will collaborate and leverage strategic partnerships in the community to assist clients in securing employment. The Veteran Services Program Manager will also develop and grow our program to maintain high-quality services based on best practices and research. Responsibilities include program and fund management, contract administration, and supervision of staff. The manager will focus on being a champion Anti-racism, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (AEDI) as part of their leadership.
Hourly Rate: $32.12 - $34.90 per hour

Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a Social Services field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work) required; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Extensive experience in managing and leading teams. Veteran status (Active Duty, Guard, Reserve, or prior service) or military spouse status strongly preferred.
