Trim Saw Operator - Weekend PM Shift

Join the team at Safran Cabin Materials located in Marysville, WA. We are recruiting for a Trim Saw Operator for the Weekend PM Shift from 6:00pm to 6:30am Thursday to Sunday and Friday to Sunday (alternates each week). Training schedule is from 6:00am to 11:30pm Monday to Friday for approximately 30 days at $20.00/hr. Plus $2.00/hr shift differential once working nights.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Completion of production paperwork.
• Use of hand tools (ratchet, wrench, razor knife, measuring tape & electric drill).
• Operation of resin coaters and cure ovens.
• Forklift and hoist operation (training provided).
• Respirator use in certain conditions (respirator fit testing provided).
• Basic housekeeping duties and basic machine maintenance.
• Active participation in operational improvement activities.
• Willing to cross train or transfer to other departments as needed.
• Other tasks as needed and flexibility is key.
• Overtime required as needed.

Job requirements include:

• Sincere desire to work independently or with a team.
• 2+ years relevant, steady work history preferred, manufacturing a plus.
• Good basic math skills.
• Able to speak/read/write English proficiently.
• Legible handwriting/printing.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks/priorities.

Safran Cabin Materials requires a criminal background check and drug screen to be completed and passed for all positions.

Annual salary: USD 45,760
