Supervisor Rehab Services

The Supervisor Rehab Services supervises assigned staff, orients and onboards new staff, ensures adequate staffing, performs assigned operational duties, and acts as point of contact on therapy issues. All employees are expected to be pleasant, respectful and courteous in all interactions with patients, families, staff, and visitors, as well as being a positive representative of the hospital at all times. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree - Accredited professional program in Physical Therapy or,
  • Master's Degree - Accredited professional program in Physical Therapy or,
  • Ph.D. - Accredited professional doctorate program in Physical Therapy.
  • Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire or,
  • Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire or,
  • Washington Recreational Therapist Registration upon hire or,
  • Washington Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 3 years - Physical therapy experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year - Lead or Supervisory experience.
