Providence Medical Group Supervisor

The role of Supervisor is to provide operational and management support to the benefit of Providence Medical Group (PMG) providers, staff and patients under the direction of their assigned Manager. The role of Supervisor is considered to be an entry level management position for PMG. Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable. Required Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree Business or related field
• Or Enrolled in an AA degree program (must be completed within 3 years)
• Appropriate experience may substitute for degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years Actual experience of medical clinic experience
• 1 year Actual supervisory experience in a medical clinic or similar setting

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
