Administrative Position At Providence Mount St. Vincent

This is a Monday to Friday day shift position. This position is responsible for successful administrative functions and office operations for Providence Mount St. Vincent. As a member of the leadership team, this position participates in management decisions. Provides direct administrative support to a number of people, and/or departments as well as work on special projects as assigned. Supports the facility in data analytics and analysis to the administrative team on survey preparation.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or high school diploma or equivalent plus 8 years experience; or associate's degree plus 4 years experience.
• 5 years of administrative office experience, preferably in a health or social service setting.
• 3 years proficiency with Microsoft applications.
