Our organization has historically not had a dedicated data function, presenting a rare and exciting greenfield opportunity to build one entirely from scratch. This is your chance to operate in a true 0-to-1 startup environment, where your experience will lay the groundwork for our entire data strategy. In this role, you will design and build our data infrastructure from the ground up. You will be instrumental in architecting and implementing the core data pipelines and instrumentation that will empower our data scientists and UX researchers. Your work will be the bedrock upon which they derive insights, inform critical product strategy, and drive constant innovation across our AI agent offerings. You will grow in ambiguity, possesses a strong product mindset, and will have a proven track record of working with advanced AI technologies. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000-$267,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
