As each service grows, so does adoption by customers world-wide. You will be responsible for AWS Database Migration Service product management to drive migrations to the cloud.

We are growing the organization and are looking for a senior manager to lead our product management team. In this role you will manage a team of senior and principal product managers, and you will own product and business strategy, as well as its execution. You will hire, empower, and develop staff, and build the team's culture. You will engage directly with customers, helping them succeed with the product and learning from their feedback. You will engage, influence, and align peers and senior leaders on product vision, product roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and investment in the service. You will work with colleagues across product management, software engineering, UX design, technical writing, solutions architecture, sales, marketing, and support to execute on product development and go-to-market initiatives. This position requires a solid technical background, and you should be customer-focused with a passion for the cloud and information technology. Past experience in databases and analytics are a plus, but not required.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $179,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $309,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
