Provides high-level, proactive, and strategic administrative support to one or more Senior Vice Presidents. This role blends operational excellence with foresight, digital fluency, and leadership support. The Sr Executive Assistant is responsible for optimizing executive time, coordinating complex initiatives, improving processes, and contributing to cross-functional success. They act as a liaison across the organization and mentor junior administrators, using diplomacy, professionalism, and independent judgment to drive results.
Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively manages executive calendars, meetings, and travel.
- Coordinates events and conferences with attention to detail and strategic alignment.
- Organizes and maintains administrative systems, databases, correspondence, and project tracking tools.
- Formats and proofreads key documents.
- Partners with project teams to track milestones, provides support, and helps ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Prepares meeting agendas, presentations, and minutes.
- Mentors and coaches junior administrators; delegates tasks appropriately and promotes development across the admin team.
- Supports HR-related tasks (e.g., onboarding coordination, morale tracking).
- Engages in performance or team-based initiatives.
- Responds to basic emails on behalf of the executive and helps manage budget-related items, expense reports, and records.
- Presents in meetings and video calls confidently.
- Participates in cross-functional workstreams with an understanding of executive and organizational goals.
- Continuously improves administrative processes, anticipates needs, and contributes to a high-functioning support ecosystem.
Education and Work Experience:
- Associate's Degree (Preferred)
- 7-10 years Executive administrative experience supporting SVPs or equivalent in large organizations Required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Project/Event Management Leads coordination of internal and external projects, meetings, and events (Required)
- High-Level Communication Strong interpersonal and written communication with the ability to influence and represent leadership (Required)
- Digital Fluency Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and able to work across multiple digital platforms (Required)
- Process Optimization Continuously improves systems, workflows, and communication channels (Required)
- Mentorship & Delegation Coaches junior admins and distributes work effectively across teams (Required)
- Foresight & Initiative Anticipates executive and business needs and takes proactive steps to address them (Required)
- Diplomacy & Judgment Handles sensitive matters with professionalism and cultural awareness (Required)
- Budget & Workflow Oversight Manages and tracks budgets, tools, and task systems for team alignment (Required)
Licenses and Certifications:
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Base Pay Range: $31.71 - $57.20 Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible.
