The Apple Service Engineering (ASE) team powers some of Apple's most beloved services — including the App Store, Apple TV, Apple Music, Apple Podcasts, Apple Books, and Apple Pay. Our data investigation analysts operate at scale to uncover insights that enhance data quality, strengthen engineering perfection, and ensure data products deliver value across every use case. We are seeking a Manager, Data Investigations to lead and grow a team of highly skilled analysts. This leader will drive strategic initiatives, foster innovation, and ensure the delivery of actionable insights for an exciting set of data problems outstanding to ASE. As the Manager of Data Investigation, you will:
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $188,200 and $325,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
