As the Software Development Manager, you will drive technical strategy, mentor and develop software engineers, and ensure delivery of high-quality cloud-native applications. You'll be responsible for establishing engineering best practices, driving architectural decisions, and creating a culture of technical excellence. The role requires strong leadership in agile development practices, CI/CD implementation, and cloud architecture, while partnering with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $166,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $287,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
