Providence is seeking a Senior IS Project Manager to join the Epic Clinical Informatics Solutions Team. This role will oversee multiple clinical service lines-including Perioperative Services and Case Management-while managing clinical governance bodies, IS Roadmap projects, Epic Release initiatives, and other strategic priorities.

Providence supports 100% virtual work for residents located in the following States: Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Montana, California.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree - Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations or Information Technology -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of 6 years of project management experience in healthcare, information technology, or a related industry, leading medium to large, complex projects using established PM methodologies and software
• Experience should include:
• Managing projects with multiple teams and navigating the product development or quality lifecycle
• Delivering formal and informal presentations to senior and executive leadership and key stakeholders
• Developing, refining, and applying process standards and objectives tailored to project needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Project Management methodologies
• Upon Hire: Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute
• Upon Hire: Certified Associate in Project Management (PMI) Certification
• 3 or more years of experience working in the healthcare industry
• Delivers complex projects on time and within budget; maintains complete, audit-ready artifacts
• Produces tailored status reports; achieves stakeholder alignment with minimal rework
• Selects appropriate lifecycle and PM approach; enforces standards across teams
• Maintains a living RAID log; implements effective mitigations and tracks resolution to closure
• Demonstrably improves team cohesion and PM maturity through coaching and conflict resolution
