Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Human Resources (HR) is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Everett, WA. This role is responsible for providing strategic support to the Everett Delivery Center (EDC) and the Vice President (VP) of Operations. This position develops HR strategies and solutions that meet the organization's business priorities. Critical thinking and innovative problem solving along with active participation in business planning and decisions are needed to be successful. This individual will integrate HR Solutions with broader Airplane Program strategies and tactics driving towards standards and keeping a focus on employee engagement and overall experience. Broad focus on workforce strategy, plans for rate readiness, total rewards and incentives, culture, talent management and building capabilities of our leaders along with overall business success is key. This role builds cross functional and cross organizational partnerships with EDC HR, enterprise functional partners, and business leaders. You will work with a team of HR professionals to integrate and implement solutions to reduce complexities using lean principles with a focus on safety and quality. Lastly, this role will focus on achieving organizational goals to deliver business results and commitments.

Summary pay range: $137,700 - $203,000
