As the Senior Director of Employee and Enterprise Services, you will serve at the pleasure of the Commissioner and report to the Deputy Chief Operating Officer of Shared Services (DCOO-SS).
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field, or a combination of education and/or experience equivalent. At least seven years of progressively responsible leadership and management experience in a large, complex, and highly represented organization. Experience in strategic leadership, precise communication, effective negotiation, and persuasive advocacy.
