Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution. Customer Pricing Support is responsible for proactive research, customer and supplier inquiries, and dispute resolution all with a concentration on customer pricing, acting as a liaison with internal and external key stakeholders. Services multiple customer accounts and/or processes in a fast-paced and highly analytical environment.
