Responsibilities:

• Manage confidential information and documentation as required by company, state, and federal law
• Be involved in and represent PPC to the community
• Ensure all recruiting and training needs have been met
• Maintain a positive and healthy relationship with the client
• Ensure all scheduling needs have been met including last minute requests by clients/fellow team members

Requirements:

• P&L responsibility
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Self-motivated and ability to motivate others
• Ability to travel for ongoing management trainings
• Minimum one-year prior military, law enforcement, or security experience a plus

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• GED

Certification Requirements:

• Valid State Drivers License
