Sales Support Coordinator
A local moving and storage company is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join their team as a Sales Support Coordinator. You would coordinate sales support processes, implement sales support activities, and provide liaison for Sales with Operations Department.
Job Duties:
- Coordinate work flow
- Process new sales leades
- Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines
- Monitor customer accounts
- Process daily orders
- Keep projects on schedule
- Manage the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
- Answer phone calls
- Handle all inquiries within capacity
- Customer call backs
- Provide back-up materials for callbacks
- Route calls elsewhere as needed
Requirements:
- Outstanding customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organization skills
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Previous administrative experience
- Associate's Degree or higher preferred
- 2+ years experience in customer service/outside sales/service coordinating or 2+years in related transportation industry
Hours/Shift:
Full-time
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.50 per hour
