About this opportunity: We are looking for a passionate AI intern to join our team and work on service delivery projects leveraging Glean platform and generative AI to bring automation and efficiency.

What you will do:

• Assist in building AI-powered automation solutions/agents for service delivery using the Glean platform.
• Leverage Generative AI to streamline workflows, summarize reports, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Learn and experiment with new features of the Glean platform and generative AI tools to apply them effectively in projects.
• Collaborate with the team to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven processes.
• Explore opportunities to automate manual tasks across service delivery projects to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Document AI workflows, processes, and outcomes for clarity and reproducibility.
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML and automation trends to propose innovative solutions.
• Communicate insights, findings, and progress regularly to the team and mentors.

The skills you bring:

• Working towards a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python; knowledge of Java/JavaScript is a plus.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and generative AI.
• Familiarity with automation and workflow tools is an advantage.
• Analytical, technical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Enthusiastic about learning emerging AI tools and applying them to real-world problems.
