North Seattle College is looking to hire a Program Specialist 2, Credentials in Enrollment Services. Salary range for this position is $47,280 to $63,144 annually. Application and required materials must be submitted no later than September 8, 2025. Under the supervision of the Credentials Lead, the Program Specialist 2 will primarily be analyzing and evaluating incoming transfer of credit requests and evaluating final degree qualifications for graduation applications. The Credentials Program Specialist 2 will be working in a multi-tasking environment and correspond with instructional departments, academic advisors, students, staff, and faculty. This position is full-time, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, primarily 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This position works a hybrid schedule of both remote and on-site work. This position is governed by a collective bargaining agreement with representation by WFSE and is subject to union shop provisions.
